Supervisors are responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support for supervisees' professional development.

  • Ensuring that supervisees are competent and ethical in their practice.

  • Advocating for supervisees and their clients within the organization.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of services provided.

  • Helping them come out of supervision ready to work without being burned out. And MUCH more.
